My wife and I have lived in our home for over 40 years, and we still have never replaced our air conditioner. We are both over 70, so we are very susceptible to the cold, so we don't use it very often. Thanks for the info-- I had no idea they really tested for this kind of thing. I don't usually bother to ask about the "best" in an industry, because there's typically no answer. It's good to know for installing HVACs that the larger industry does keep track of the quality out there.
